Greek Lamb Burgers
Greek Lamb Burgers
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cucumber shredded, peeled
1 tsp. fresh dill or mint chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 lb. ground lamb
1 tsp. dried Greek seasoning
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes  Cook: 10 minutes  Serves: 4

Stir together 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup shredded, peeled cucumber, 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill or mint and 1 clove minced garlic in a small bowl. Mix 1 lb. ground lamb with 1 tsp. dried Greek seasoning. Shape into 4 flat patties. Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Place each into a pita bread with lettuce and tomato; top with cucumber sauce.
