Greek Lamb Burgers
Greek Lamb Burgers
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup shredded, peeled cucumber
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill or mint
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground lamb
1 tsp. dried Greek seasoning

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together yogurt, cucumber, dill or mint and garlic in a small bowl.

2. Mix lamb with Greek seasoning; shape into 4 flat patties.

3. Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.

4. Place each into a pita bread with lettuce and tomato; top with cucumber sauce.
