Pear Salad with Hazelnuts and Raspberry Vinaigrette

Pear Salad with Hazelnuts and Raspberry Vinaigrette
Ingredients
4 cups spring mix greens lightly packed
2 ripe pears cored and sliced
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts toasted
2 oz. Brie cheese cut in to thin, bite-size strips
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. raspberry vinegar
1-1/2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Place salad greens and pears in a medium bowl; set aside. Whisk together dressing ingredients and toss with greens and pears until well mixed. Place on 4 salad plates and sprinkle with raspberries and hazelnuts. Top each salad with a few strips of Brie. Serve immediately.
