Cheese Herb Breadsticks

Cheese Herb Breadsticks
1 (16- oz.) loaf Nob Hill Trading Co. Whole Grain European Loaf
1/3 cup butter
1½ tbsp. Earthbound Farm Crushed Roasted Garlic Puree
3/4 cup Grana Padano or Parmesan cheese shredded
3 tbsp. each: fresh rosemary and thyme leaves

These crunchy breadsticks are the perfect start to an al fresco evening with friends.

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 8 to 10

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut bread into 3/4-inch wide strips and place on a foil lined baking sheet.

2. Melt butter and garlic puree in a small saucepan.

3. Finely chop cheese and herbs in a small food processor until pale green.

4. Brush bread strips on all sides with equal amounts of garlic butter. Sprinkle with cheese mixture, rolling and pressing into the surface. Bake for 15 minutes or until breadsticks are golden brown.
