Avocado Cilantro Chicken Salad Sandwich
Ingredients
3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (in our Deli)
3/4 cup Litehouse Creamy Cilantro Dressing
3/4 cup Raley's Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.)
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and lightly mashed
2 cups romaine lettuce, sliced
1 loaf Nob Hill Trading Co. Jalapeño Focaccia (in our Bakery), halved horizontally
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together chicken, dressing, pico de gallo and avocado in a medium bowl.

2. Pile lettuce and chicken mixture onto bread bottom. Close sandwich and cut into 4 pieces.
