Powerhouse Smoothie
Powerhouse Smoothie
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sliced frozen or fresh strawberries
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein (from our Natural Foods Dept.)

Prep: 5 minutes, Serves: 1 to 2

Combine all ingredients in a blender container and puree until smooth.

Tip: Using frozen fruit will make a frostier smoothie.
