Easy Slow Cooker Pinto Beans
Ingredients
2 cups dry beans
6 cups chicken or vegetable stock
tomatoes
onions
chiles
salt
Directions
Add 2 cups presoaked dry beans and 6 cups chicken or
vegetable stock to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH
for 3 to 4 hours or on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Season beans
with tomatoes, onions, chiles, salt and your favorite spices.
