Grilled Chicken, Pepper and Black Bean Salad

Grilled Chicken, Pepper and Black Bean Salad
Ingredients
2-1/2 cups grilled chicken strips cut into bite-size pieces, chilled
2 cups grilled bell pepper strips cut into bite-size pieces, chilled
1 (10- oz.) can black beans rinsed and drained
1/2 cup Newman's Own Light Lime Vinaigrette
1/3 cup green onions sliced
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped
Directions
Prep time: 15 minutes

Toss all ingredients together in a medium salad bowl until well coated with dressing.

Makes 4 servings.

Variation: Stir in 1 cup very small cubes of pepper Jack cheese.

Tip:
Plan ahead for this one! You'll need leftover grilled chicken and bell peppers. For the liveliest look, use several colors of bell peppers.
