Salmon Shell Salad
2 cups small shell pasta cooked according to package directions
1 (6- oz.) package premium pink salmon drained and flaked
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup cucumber shredded
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. dried dill
Prep time: 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients, folding gently with a rubber spatula. Cover and chill until ready to pack or eat.

Makes 6 servings.
