Southwestern Grilled Petite Sirloin Steaks
Ingredients
2 lb. Raley's Black Angus Beef petite sirloin steaks
1/2 cup steak sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Combine all seasoning ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag; add meat and seal bag. Let marinate, refrigerated, for 8 hours or overnight. Place on a grill over medium coals for about 5 minutes per side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Baste liberally with sauce during grilling.

Makes 6 servings.
