Mexican Corn and Black Bean Salad
2 (15- oz.) cans Raley's Black Beans rinsed and drained
2 (11- oz.) cans Green Giant Mexicorn drained
2/3 cup olive oil and vinegar dressing
1/2 cup green onion sliced
1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
2 tsp. Morton & Bassett Mexican Blend Seasoning
Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 20 minutes

Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Stir in cilantro, if you like. Cover
and chill for at least 20 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
