Pesto Turkey Burgers
1 (20- oz.) package Foster Farms Fresh Ground Turkey
1/4 cup Candoni Pesto Classico
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup Sargen to Shredded M ozzarella Cheese
8 (1/2 -inch thick) slices French bread lightly toasted
Lettuce leaves
red oinion rings
tomato slices
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 to 15 minutes

Combine turkey, pesto and sun-dried tomatoes in a medium bowl. Mix well with your hands and shape into 4 fairly flat patties. Grill over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Top with cheese during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve on toasted bread with lettuce, onion and tomato and additional pesto, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.
