Tangy Tomato Pepper Marinade
Ingredients
1 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup each: roasted red peppers, cider vinegar and soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
8 cloves garlic
1 (8- oz.) can tomato sauce
6 to 8 steaks OR
1 roast
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Makes: 6 to 8 steaks or 1 roast

1. Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor and transfer to a gallon-size resealable plastic bag.

2. Add beef (6 to 8 steaks or 1 roast) and seal bag. Refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours. Remove meat from marinade. Grill, broil or pan-fry beef.
