British Ham and  Cheese Twists
British Ham and Cheese Twists
1 (17.3- oz.) package puff pastry sheets, thawed according to package directions
2 tbsp. Sierra Nevada Porter & Spicy Brown Mustard
3/4 cup Pilgrim's Choice Londoner Cheese (in our Deli) coarsely shredded
1/3 cup smoked ham minced thinly sliced
1/3 cup Mezzetta Imported Cocktail Onions minced
pepper to taste freshly ground

Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 20 minutes Makes: 14

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line
2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Unfold 1 puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured board. Spread evenly with
mustard, then sprinkle with cheese,
ham and onions. Season with pepper.
2. Unfold remaining puff pastry and place on top. Using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll to make slightly larger and to compress all ingredients.
3. Cut into 3/4-inch wide strips. Holding each strip with both hands, twist several times. Place on prepared baking sheets and cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
