Beef with Blackberry Barbecue Sauce
Beef with Blackberry Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. Raley's Black Angus Beef grilling steaks (such as sirloin, New York or tri tip)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup blackberry jam or preserves
Snipped fresh basil (optional)
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 to 14 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Stir together all dry seasonings in a small bowl. Rub over all sides of beef.

2. Grill or broil over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until beef is cooked to your liking.

3. Meanwhile, heat barbecue sauce and jam in a small saucepan. Pour over cooked beef and top with basil, if you like.
