Chili Garlic Chicken

Chili Garlic Chicken
1/3 cup Grama's Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 to 3 tsp. chili garlic sauce
1½ tsp. sesame oil
1½ tsp. soy sauce
4 medium Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts, flattened slightly
Snipped fresh cilantro

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together chilli sauce, lime juice, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce in a medium bowl. Set aside half the mixture.

2. Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through, brushing occasionally with reserved sauce. Remove from grill and place on a platter; pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with cilantro. Chicken may also be broiled or cooked in a nonstick skillet during cold weather months.
