3 cups coarsely shredded rotisserie chicken (in our Deli)
1/2 cup diced ham
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 (12- oz.) jar chicken gravy
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1/2 cup coarsely crushed Full Circle Organic Seasoned Croutons

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: about 15 minutes, Serves: 3

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Stir together chicken, ham, sherry and gravy in a medium skillet. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in half the cheese.

2. Stir remaining cheese into croutons and sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until topping is crisp and browned.
