Creole Salmon
4 salmon fillets (about 1½ lbs.)
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Cooked white rice (optional)
Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Make sure grill is well oiled to keep fish from sticking.

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 to 12 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in wine, seasoning, ketchup, Worcestershire and garlic.

2. Cook salmon on a well-oiled grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until it’s cooked to your liking, brushing with some of the sauce after turning. Remove from grill and spread remaining mixture over top. Serve over rice and garnish with parsley, if you like.
