Italian Farro with Walnuts and Chard
Italian Farro with Walnuts and Chard
2¼ cups Raley's Chicken Broth
1 (8.8- oz.) package Raley's Italian Farro
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup coarsely chopped Swiss chard (preferably red or rainbow)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
2 tbsp. snipped fresh basil
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Stand: 10 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Bring stock, farro, butter and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
