Sangria Gelatin Mold

Sangria Gelatin Mold
1 cup Raley's Sicilian Lemon French Sparkling Soda
1 (1- oz.) box Knox Unflavored Gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
1 (750-ml.) bottle sangria
Fresh sliced or wedged citrus fruit such as:
Lemons (optional garnish)
Limes (optional garnish)
Oranges (optional garnish) AND/OR
Red grapes (optional garnish)
Green grapes (optional garnish)

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Chill: several hours, Serves: 8

1. Heat lemon soda in a medium saucepan until boiling. Remove from heat and sprinkle gelatin over the surface; let stand for 1 minute. Whisk until dissolved, then whisk in sangria.

2. Pour into a loaf pan or decorative mold and chill for several hours or overnight.

3. To remove, run hot water over the outside of the mold to loosen. Place a plate on the top and invert; remove mold. Garnish with fruit, if you like.
