Pistachio and Kale Coated Cheese Ball
Pistachio and Kale Coated Cheese Ball
Ingredients
1 cup shredded Pilgrim's Choice Londoner or West Country Farmhouse Cheddar Cheese (in our Deli)
1 tbsp. hot mango chutney
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3 green onions, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8- oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup pistachio kernels
1/4 cup Brad's Raw Naked Crunchy Kale
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes, Stand: 1 hour, Chill: at least 1 hour, Serves: 8

1. Place cheese, chutney, curry, onions, garlic and cream cheese in a large bowl; let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Beat with an electric mixer until fairly smooth. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

2. Finely chop pistachios and kale chips. Stir together on a piece of plastic wrap. Carefully shape cheese mixture into a ball, then roll in pistachio mixture, pressing lightly into the surface. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
