Cinnamon Cider Glazed Carrots
Cinnamon Cider Glazed Carrots
3 cups Barsotti Apple Cider (or Raley's Apple Juice)
2 tbsp. Raley's Honey
2 tbsp. Sunnyside Farms Butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups julienne cut carrots

Prep: 10 minutes  Cook: 25 minutes  Serves: 8

Bring 3 cups Barsotti Apple Cider or Raley’s Apple Juice, 2 tbsp. each: Raley’s Honey and Sunnyside Farms Butter and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to a boil over high heat in a large wide pot. Stir in 4 cups julienne cut carrots and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes more or until mixture has formed a thick glaze.
