Cheddar Creamed Corn

Cheddar Creamed Corn
2 tbsp. Sunnyside Farms Butter
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. Raley's Flour
1¼ cups Sunnyside Farms Milk
1½ cups Raley's Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 cups canned corn
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. McCormick Smokehouse Pepper
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 20 minutes Serves: 8

1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 10 minutes to soften, stirring frequently. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute more. Slowly stir in milk, cooking until mixture is hot.
2. Add cheese a little at a time, stirring frequently. When cheese is melted, stir in remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for 5 minutes more.
