Ingredients
4 thick-cut boneless Raley's Fresh Pork loin chops
2 jalapeño poppers thawed
olive oil cooking spray
1 (6- oz.) package Kraft Fresh Take Southwest Three Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Cut a large pocket in 4 thick-cut boneless Raley’s Fresh Pork loin chops. Press inside with fingers to make pocket as large as possible. Place 2 thawed jalapeño poppers inside of each, pressing in as far as you can. Coat pork with olive oil cooking spray and roll in 1 (6-oz.) package Kraft Fresh Take Southwest Three Cheese. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with any remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until pork reaches 145°F internally.

Makes 4 servings.
