Creamy Broccoli Potatoes
Creamy Broccoli Potatoes
Ingredients
2 lbs. cubed Sierra Rose or Sierra Gold potatoes
1 cup Raley's Reduced-Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 cup each: milk and shredded Parmesan cheese
1 (1.6- oz.) packet Alfredo sauce mix
2 cups broccoli florets coarsely chopped
season to taste with garlic salt and pepper
Directions

Cook 2 lbs. cubed Sierra Rose or Sierra Gold potatoes in 1 cup Raley’s Reduced-Sodium Chicken Broth in a medium covered saucepan for 10 minutes or until tender. Mash and stir in 1/2 cup each: milk and shredded Parmesan cheese and 1 (1.6-oz.) packet Alfredo sauce mix. Microwave 2 cups coarsely chopped broccoli florets in a covered bowl for 2 minutes on HIGH. Stir into potatoes and season to taste with garlic salt and pepper.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
