Brie with Cabernet Cherry Sauce
Brie with Cabernet Cherry Sauce
1 (13- oz.) jar Bonne Maman Cherry Preserves
1/2 cup Cabernet Sauvignon
1 large wedge Brie at room temperature
lemon peel (optional) grated
Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 30 minutes Makes: 12 servings 
Chill: at least 1 hour 
1. Simmer preserves and Cabernet over low heat for 30 minutes. Let cool for at least 1 hour. Sauce may be made up to a week ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.
2. Spread room temperature cherry sauce over Brie; garnish with grated lemon peel, if you like. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
