Basil Linguine with Tomatoes and Spinach

Basil Linguine with Tomatoes and Spinach
3 cups Kitchen Basics Chicken or Vegetable Stock
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (9- oz.) package fresh linguine
3 cups lightly packed fresh spinach roughly chopped
1 cup small cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. snipped fresh basil
Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes

Bring stock and garlic salt to a boil in a large
skillet. Add linguine; cook over medium-high heat
for 5 to 7 minutes or until most of the liquid has
been absorbed. Stir in spinach and tomatoes; cook
and stir for 1 minute more. Add cheese and basil
and toss well with 2 forks to mix.

Makes 4 servings.
