Milano Pepper Spread

Milano Pepper Spread
1 (15- oz.) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup Nob Hill Trading Co. Roasted Red Peppers
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Cut vegetables or crackers

Prep: 10 minutes, Chill: at least 1 hour and up to 1 week, Makes: 2 cups

1. Combine beans, peppers and onions in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Add basil and cheese; pulse until finely chopped.

2. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with cut vegetables and crackers.
