Cranberry Chicken Melts

Cranberry Chicken Melts
Ingredients
1⅓ cups shredded rotisserie chicken meat
1/2 tsp. herbes de Provence
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
4 (3- inch) sections French bread, cut in half horizontally
4 oz. Brie, thinly sliced
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chicken and herbs together in a medium bowl.

2. Mash cranberry sauce with a fork to break up cranberries and spread on the bottom half of each bread section. Top with chicken and Brie.

3. Close sandwiches and place on a baking sheet. Loosely tent with foil and bake for about 15 minutes or until bread is toasty and cheese is melted.
