Garlic Gruyère Mushrooms
Garlic Gruyère Mushrooms
12 large mushroom caps
2 tbsp. Harpo's Scampi Marinade
1/2 cup croutons crushed
1/2 cup Gruyère cheese shredded

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 20 minutes

1. Brush mushroom caps with marinade. Stir together croutons and cheese and sprinkle over the top.
2. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through.
