Grilled Crab And Avocado Quesadillas
Grilled Crab and Avocado Quesadillas
4 Tia Rosa Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
2 cups Kraft Shredded Mexican Four Cheese
1 (6- oz.) fresh cooked Dungeness crab meat
1 firm but ripe avocado peeled and sliced
1/2 cup green onion sliced
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 5 to 10 minutes

Place equal amounts of cheese, crab, avocado, onion and cilantro on half of each tortilla; fold over. Place on a grill over medium-low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, turning at
least once, until cheese has melted and tortilla is lightly browned and crispy.

Note: Tortillas can easily burn, so move quesadillas often to avoid hot spots.

Makes 4 servings.
