Chicken with Cheese and Tomatoes
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
4 large (1/4 -inch thick) tomato slices
1 cup Fresh Deli Jarlsberg Cheese grated
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary chopped
Directions
Prep Time: 15 minutes, Cook Time: 10 to 14
minutes

Rinse chicken and pat dry; pierce well on both
sides
with a fork. Stir together vinaigrette and mustard in
a
shallow dish; add chicken and turn to coat both
sides.
Place chicken on a grill over medium heat and
cook
for 5 to 7 minutes, basting liberally with
vinaigrette
while cooking. Turn chicken and top each piece
with a
tomato slice and cheese. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes
more or until chicken is cooked through to an
internal
temperature of 165°F and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle
with rosemary.

Makes 4 servings.
