Ginger Sesame Tilapia
Ginger Sesame Tilapia
1 (12- oz.) package Full Circle Tilapia Fillets, thawed
2-3 tbsp torn fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 large (or 2 small) green onions, sliced
1 small red chili pepper, stemmed, seeded and cut into matchstick size strips*
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Serves: 2 to 3

1. Place tilapia in a medium skillet with 1/4 inch water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Drain water and transfer to a platter; sprinkle with cilantro, ginger, green onions and chili pepper.

2. Heat oil in a small skillet until very hot. Pour over fish and drizzle with soy sauce.

*May substitute 1 small jalapeño pepper or 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes.
