2 Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked, chilled and chopped
1 (8- oz.) can bamboo shoots, drained and chopped
1 (8- oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
3 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. thick teriyaki sauce (we like Soy Vay)
1 tbsp. honey
20-24 leaves Napa cabbage (smaller inner leaves are best)
2 tbsp. red pickled ginger
Chopped peanuts (optional garnish)
Cilantro leaves (optional garnish)

Prep: 15 minutes, Serves: 10 to 12

1. Stir together chicken, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, cilantro, sherry, hoisin, teriyaki and honey in a medium bowl.

2. Spoon into cabbage leaves and sprinkle with ginger, peanuts and cilantro leaves.
