Chimichurri Avocado Dip

Chimichurri Avocado Dip
Ingredients
2 slightly soft avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
1/4 cup Mezzetta Chimichurri Sandwich Spread
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Directions

Crisp jicama strips (try the pre-cut ones in the Produce Dept.) and Late July Mild Green Mojo Tortilla Chips are the perfect dippers for this Argentinean-inspired avocado dip!

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Stir together avocado, chimichurri, sour cream, onions and cilantro in a medium bowl.

2. Serve with jicama and tortilla chips.

Recipe may be doubled.
