Mini Corned Beef and Whiskey Cheese Melts
Ingredients
2 tbsp. Irish Cheese Spread (see separate recipe)
baguette (baguettes available in our Bakery Dept.)
2 oz. corned beef very thinly sliced
1 tbsp. pickled onion minced
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, 
Makes: 1 large or 2 small servings

Spread 2 tbsp. Irish Cheese Spread (recipe here) on 4 baguette slices (baguettes available in our Bakery Dept.). Top with 2 oz. very thinly sliced corned beef and 1 tbsp. minced pickled onion. Cook in a buttered skillet for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Tip: You can get sliced corned beef in our Deli!
