Irish Bread Pudding
Irish Bread Pudding
Ingredients
1/2 tbsp. butter
1½ cups half & half
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
3-4 tbsp. Jameson or Bushmills Irish Whiskey
1/2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. instant espresso powder
1 (4-pack) Kings Hawaiian Rolls (in our Bakery), cut into cubes and toasted
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes, Refrigerate: 2 to 8 hours
Cook: 35 to 40 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Lightly butter a 1-quart baking dish. Whisk together remaining ingredients except bread cubes in a medium bowl. Add bread and stir to coat with mixture.

2. Pour into prepared dish; cover and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours, pressing down bread cubes occasionally.

3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Serve warm.
