Chicken and Winter Veggie Wraps

Chicken and Winter Veggie Wraps
Ingredients
2 cups diced rotisserie chicken (in our Deli)
2 cups celery root, peeled and coarsely shredded
2 cups parsnips, peeled and coarsely shredded
2 cups butternut squash, peeled and coarsely shredded
2 cups beets, peeled and coarsely shredded
1/2 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup Briannas New American Dressing
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
4 burrito size flour tortillas
Directions

Pair with Nob Hill Trading Co. All-Natural Farmer’s Market Vegetable Soup from our Deli for a tasty meal.

Prep: 20 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together all ingredients except wraps in a medium bowl.

2. Spoon equal amounts onto wraps and roll up tightly. Serve immediately.
