Italian Veggie Subs
3 long French rolls halved horizontally
1/3 cup Mezzetta Mediterranean Olive Sandwich Spread
1/2 cup Nob Hill Trading Co. Roasted Peppers
1/3 cup pepperoncini sliced
1/3 cup red onion quartered and thinly sliced
3 tbsp. fresh basil sliced
3 provolone cheese slices
Olive oil

Pair with Nob Hill Trading Co. All-Natural Farmer’s Market Vegetable Soup from our Deli.

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 10 minutes Serves: 3 to 4

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and brush cut side of rolls with olive oil. Spread sandwich spread on roll bottoms and top equally with remaining ingredients.
2. Place open faced on a baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes. Close sandwiches and cut into 3-inch pieces.
