Maple Balsamic Parchment Baked Salmon
Ingredients
1¼ to 1½ lbs. salmon fillets
2 tbsp. Raley's Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 cloves Christopher Ranch Roasted Garlic minced
Directions

Season 1¼ to 1½ lbs. salmon fillets lightly with freshly ground sea salt and pepper. Place skin side down in a culinary parchment cooking bag and place on a baking sheet. Stir together 2 tbsp. Raley’s Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup and 2 cloves minced Christopher Ranch Roasted Garlic and pour into bag; fold over to enclose. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Serve salmon with juices and top with snipped fresh basil.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
