Maple Balsamic Parchment Baked Salmon
Maple Balsamic Parchment Baked Salmon
1¼ to 1½ lbs. salmon fillets
2 tbsp. Raley's Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 cloves Christopher Ranch Roasted Garlic, minced

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 3 to 4

1. Season salmon fillets lightly with freshly ground sea salt and pepper. Place skin side down in a culinary parchment cooking bag and place on a baking sheet.

2. Stir together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and garlic and pour into bag; fold over to enclose.

3. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Serve salmon with juices and top with snipped fresh basil.
