Indian Roasted Cauliflower

Indian Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. each: turmeric and garlic salt
Season to taste with freshly ground pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove core from 1 head cauliflower and cut into 1-inch pieces. Toss with 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, 2 tsp. garam masala and 1 tsp. each: turmeric and garlic salt in a large bowl. Place in a single layer on a large baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper.

Makes 6 servings.
