Bite-Size Berry Tarts
2 (2.1- oz.) boxes Athens Mini Fillo Dough Shells
1 (8- oz.) container Philadelphia Cheesecake Flavored Cream Cheese
3/4 cup fresh raspberries
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup melted apricot jam (or Berry Basket Freezer Jam)
2 tbsp. sliced toasted almonds or honey roasted sliced almonds
Small mint leaves (optional garnish)

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 5 minutes Makes: 4 to 6 servings

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Crisp fillo shells according to package directions; let cool. Place about a teaspoon of cream cheese in each shell and top with raspberries and blueberries.
2. Brush lightly with melted jam and garnish with sliced almonds and a small mint leaf. Chill until ready to serve.
Tip: If you're making this dish for adults, try stirring a tablespoon or two of amaretto or fruit liqueur into the cream cheese before spooning into shells.
