Pickled Radishes

Pickled Radishes
2 cups slivered, peeled daikon radish
1/2 cup slivered red radishes
3/4 cup rice vinegar
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro

Stir together all ingredients except cilantro. Cover and chill for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in snipped fresh cilantro. Use as a condiment for Asian dishes.
