Chicken with Fig Sauce

Chicken with Fig Sauce
2 Chicken Breasts Boneless, Skinless
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup Dalmatia Fig Spread
2 tbsp. red wine
Splash of lemon juice
4 to 6 Brie thin slices
rosemary for garnish chopped fresh
Sauté chicken in butter for 5 minutes on each side or until
cooked through. Add fig spread, red wine and lemon juice to
skillet; cook for 3 to 4 minutes more. Top each chicken
breast with a few thin slices of Brie and broil until
melted. Garnish with chopped fresh rosemary.

Makes 2 servings.
