Chicken with Fig Sauce

Chicken with Fig Sauce
2 Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup Dalmatia Fig Spread (in our Deli)
2 tbsp. red wine
Splash of lemon juice
4 to 6 thin slices Brie
chopped fresh rosemary for garnish

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: about 15 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Sauté chicken in butter for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Add fig spread, red wine and lemon juice to skillet; cook for 3 to 4 minutes more.

2. Top each chicken breast with a few thin slices of Brie and broil until melted. Garnish with chopped fresh rosemary.
