Pesto, Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Panini

Pesto, Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella Panini
2 tbsp. butter softened
8 (1/2 -inch thick) slices Old World Style Asiago Cheese Cracked Pepper Bread
2 tbsp. Christopher Ranch Basil Pesto
2 tbsp. Christopher Ranch Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 5 to 10 minutes

Lightly butter one side of each bread slice. Spread one slice with basil pesto and the other with sun-dried tomato pesto. Top with cheese and close sandwiches. Cook in a hot panini press for 5 minutes or in a hot skillet for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Makes 4 sandwiches.
