4 soft French (poor boy) rolls
4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
3 cups warm rotisserie chicken shredded
1 cup salsa
1/3 cup green onions sliced
1 (2.2- oz.) can sliced ripe olives drained
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut a section of the top of each roll out and tear out some of the inside to make a bread bowl. Place half of a cheese slice in the bottom of each roll. Mix together chicken, salsa, onions and olives. Spoon into bread bowls and top each with remaining cheese. Place on a baking sheet and tent loosely with foil; cook for 15 minutes or until sandwiches are hot and cheese is melted.

Makes 4 sandwiches.
