Sausages with a Trio of Mustards
Ingredients
3 (13- oz.) packages Aidells Sausage, (any variety)
Chipotle Garlic Mustard:
1 tbsp. Art of Chipotle Paste
2 tsp. garlic crushed
1/2 cup yellow mustard
Sun-Dried Tomato Mustard:
2 tbsp. Christopher Ranch Sun-Dried Tomato Paste
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 cup Nob Hill Trading Co. Dijon Mustard
Beer Mustard:
1 cup beer
1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
1 tsp. garlic crushed
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 15 minutes Makes: 12 servings

Cook sausages on a grill or in a skillet with a small amount of water for about 10 minutes to heat through. Cut into 1-inch slices and place on toothpicks. Serve with mustards.
 
Chipotle Garlic Mustard: Stir 1 tbsp. Art of Chipotle Paste and 2 tsp. crushed garlic into 1/2 cup yellow mustard.
 
Sun-Dried Tomato Mustard: Stir 2 tbsp. Christopher Ranch Sun-Dried Tomato Paste, 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar and 1/2 tsp. basil into 1/2 cup Nob Hill Trading Co. Dijon Mustard.
 
Beer Mustard: Place 1 cup beer in a small skillet and cook over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes until reduced to 2 tbsp. Stir into 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard with 1 tsp. crushed garlic.
