Apricot Blueberry Breakfast Quinoa
Ingredients
1 (4.2-oz.) container Full Circle Organic Quinoa
1/4 cup Non Dairy Beverage or almond milk
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
2 tbsp. 100% apricot fruit spread
Directions

Prep: 2 minutes Cook: 2 minutes Serves: 1

Stir together 1 (4.2-oz.) container Full Circle Organic Quinoa, 1/4 cup
Pacific 7 Grain Non Dairy Beverage or almond milk, 1/4 cup fresh blueberries and 2 tbsp. 100% apricot fruit spread in a medium bowl. Cover and micro-wave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until very hot.
