Ingredients
1 lb. Raley's Black Angus Beef sirloin cut into 2- inch pieces
1 (1 lb.) container Raley's Fresh Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.)
1 (8-oz.) pouch Frontera Red Chili Enchilada Sauce (on our ethnic foods aisle)
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: about 2 hours Serves: 4

Cut 1 lb. Raley’s Black Angus Beef sirloin into 2-inch pieces. Place in a medium saucepan with one (1 lb.) container Raley’s Fresh Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.) and 1 (8-oz.) pouch Frontera Red Chili Enchilada Sauce (on our ethnic foods aisle) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 2 hours or until meat shreds easily with a fork. Serve in tortillas with your favorite Mexican toppings.
