Skillet Pork with Spicy Raspberry Glaze
Ingredients
2 tsp. butter
2 boneless, pork loin chops
1 tsp. Morton & Bassett Mexican Blend Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Urban Accents Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt
1/2 cup Raley's Fresh Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.)
1/2 cup raspberries
1 tsp. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce minced
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 20 minutes Serves: 2

Melt 2 tsp. butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle 2 boneless, pork loin chops with 1 tsp. Morton & Bassett Mexican Blend Seasoning and 1/4 tsp. Urban Accents Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt; cook for 5 minutes on each side. Add 1/2 cup Raley’s Fresh Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.), 1/2 cup raspberries and 1 tsp. minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce to skillet. Tent with foil and cook for 10 minutes more, turning pork once.
