Spicy Olive Relish
Spicy Olive Relish
Ingredients
1/2 cup Raley's Fresh Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.)
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pickled jalapeno peppers plus 2 tsp. juice from jar
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 (2.25- oz.) can Lindsay Sliced Ripe Olives with Red Jalapeno Peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes Serves: 4

Stir together 1/2 cup Raley’s Fresh Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.), 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pickled jalapeño peppers plus 2 tsp. juice from jar, 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil and 1 (2.25-oz.) can drained and coarsely chopped Lindsay Sliced Ripe Olives with Red Jalapeño Peppers. Serve over chicken, on sandwiches, mixed with guacamole or simply as a dipper for tortilla chips.
